Kisvárda szíve most csendesebben dobban – elment közülünk Poncsák Sándorné, a Poncsák Cukrászda szeretett arca, a város egyik legmeghatározóbb alakja.
Évtizedeken át nemcsak süteményeket kínált vendégeinek, hanem mosolyt, kedvességet és szívből jövő figyelmet is. A cukrászda számára nem csupán egy munkahely volt – hanem otthon. Olyan hely, ahol mindenki megtapasztalhatta a törődést, az emberi közelséget. Aki betért hozzá, az nem csupán egy szelet tortával, hanem jó szóval, biztatással és szeretettel is távozhatott.
Egy utolsó, megható üzenetében így búcsúzott:
„Több mint 40 évig volt a szívem a Poncsák Cukrászdában. Ott éltem meg mindent: a munkát, az örömöt, a nevetést, néha könnyeket is, de leginkább a szeretetet. És úgy szerettem mindenkit, ahogyan Ti engem! Szerettem a gyerekeket, a fiatalokat és időseket, a rég nem látott ismerősöket, a visszatérő vendégeket és azokat is, akik csak egyszer jöttek be hozzánk.”

Ő nem csupán sütött – hanem emléket formált. Barátságot. Otthont. Emberséget. Az ő jelenléte volt az, amitől a cukrászda különleges lett – és amit most olyan nehéz pótolni.
Bár már nem nyitja ki többé az ajtót, nem hajol be a pult mögé, nem szól hozzánk kedvesen – mégis itt marad velünk minden morzsában, minden emlékben, minden történetben, amit róla mesélünk.
A szeretet, amit adott, nem múlik el. Nyomot hagyott a város szívében.
